Alaska June 2003 Image Collections

OK, I got a new digital camara and shortly thereafter, took a trip
to Alaska to visit my Dad, so naturally I took a bunch of pictures.
I purchased also a 128MB xD card for my camera which allowed me to
take like 500 1Mpixel images, so I snapped away. It was too much hassle
to sort through them real carefully, so most of them are here. I did,
at least, reduce the filesize down and make thumbnail indexes for the
pages.

'me_dad_fish' These are mainly images of humans, and the goal of my trip to Homer. I did pretty well and caught a 20 and a 30 lb Salmon.
'anc_to_seward_n_homer' we drove to Seward, then to Homer. These images fit best into that catagory.
'misc_alaska' This would be mainly boats, planes, and stuff like that.
'trip_up_and_back' These are mainly my travels on the plane. I took some movies which I will spare the gentle surfer of viewing. There are a few nice glacier pictures here.
'carvings' I ran across some chainsaw carvings half way from Homer and took some pictures of them mainly for my Mom who's current vocation is said.
